Our Design Process
At Caulwell Club Ties, we have been designing and supplying ties and scarves for over 40 years. During that time, we have built a wealth of experience in the most efficient way to bring a tie or scarf from an idea or concept to an actual finished product.
Step 1: Call or email us.
At the initial call or meeting in person, we like to discuss with you in detail what your requirements are.
Are you looking for a new or updated tie or scarf?
Is it to celebrate a special occasion such as a centenary or a club victory?
Are you undergoing a corporate rebranding or looking to update an existing corporate uniform?
Is there a logo you would like to incorporate in the design?
What are your club or brand colours that you would like to see?
Step 2: Design Options
Following on from our initial discussion, we will design several custom tie or scarf options for you.
We send you these designs in a soft copy so that you can discuss them with your committee or colleagues.
Based on your feedback, amendments to the design can be made.
We provide this service free of charge, with no commitment required.
Step 3: Design Sign-Off
Once we have reached agreement on the final design, and we have a commitment for an order (minimum order size 50 ties or scarves), we will organise the manufacture and supply of a sample tie and scarf.
We provide you with this sample tie and scarf to ensure you are happy with the final product before production.
Step 4: Production and Supply
Once we have sign-off of the sample tie or scarf, we then organise the production and supply of your tie and scarf.
The whole process from start to finish takes on average six to eight weeks.
